We reserve the right to revoke access to any online course if there is evidence of copyright violation, unauthorised sharing or distribution of course materials, or login sharing with non-paying individuals. These actions breach our terms and may result in legal consequences.
Damaged or Incorrect Kit Items
If your purchase includes a training kit, please inspect it immediately upon arrival. Should you receive any items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that have been opened, used, or reported after the 3-day period.
