What started in a small bedroom salon in Brisbane has grown into an award-winning beauty business, training academy & mentoring community—with a mission to help others build success on their own terms.

Priscilla launched By Priscilla Martin in 2018, fresh out of high school. Today, she brings 8 years of hands-on beauty experience, 7 years of teaching & 17+ certifications to her work as a salon owner, educator & mentor.

Her approach brings together practical skills, business strategy & the confidence to take action—whether you’re booking your first client, growing an established salon or exploring a new income stream.

From Bedroom Salon to Award-Winning Business

Priscilla understands what it takes to start small, back yourself & build something from the ground up.

After expanding her training across lash extensions, brows, cosmetic tattooing & teeth whitening, she began educating in 2019, driven by a desire to give aspiring artists the practical guidance & ongoing support she knew could make a difference.

Her education credentials include:

• International Lash Masters Educator Certification & Accreditation

With international educator credentials & experience running her own salon, Priscilla connects what students learn in training with what they’ll encounter in business.

Through By Priscilla Martin Training Academy, Priscilla has trained 500+ students across Australia, helping beginners enter the industry & experienced artists strengthen their skills.

Her in-person workshops, online courses & mentoring cover the full picture: technique, client care, pricing, branding, content, business foundations & mindset.

Students have gone on to launch home-based & commercial salons, expand their services & build businesses that reflect their goals.

The aim is simple: to help you leave with more than a certificate—with the skills, direction & confidence to put your learning into practice.
