Priscilla is a multi-certified beautician and educator, born & resides in Brisbane, Australia and is 23 years old. Finding her love for beauty straight out of high school in 2018 and opening her first home salon By Priscilla Martin in March, that same year her small bedroom.

In between her first 2 years in the beauty industry, she’s completed further beauty study including Brow Tattooing and Teeth Whitening.

She always had a love for educating & in late 2019 with the unpopulated scenery of lashes saw the perfect opportunity to teach girls the RIGHT way to beautify. First certified through Nala, following through with another educator course with International Lash Masters, making her internationally recognised, double certified & accredited. Throwing herself in the deep end becoming one of few Brisbanes, let alone Australia’s first lash educators – it was not easy and still isn’t which is why it is so important for her, and all beauticians to upkeep their study, skills & teaching regulations.

Throughout the last 2 years, By Priscilla Martin Training Academy has graduated over 130 students from all over Australia in Brow & Lash courses, Helped & guided young women and men to open & run their own business, Revamp current beauty salons to reach their optimum potential, Opened a home salon & a Shop Salon, Became a company with employees & now has an online store platform where you can buy courses & all your lash & brow stock needs! She plans to expand her course range to cover all beauty skills & aspects, dive deeper into salon reconstruction to help those boss babes who already have their empire but don’t know what to do next or how to grow and continue on helping people achieve their dreams whether it be in their appearance or their career. 

Priscilla has been involved with large beauty brands, including sponsorship from Dollface Cosmetics and large networking beauty/lash/educator events which has given By Priscilla Martin Pty Ltd the opportunity to grow into what it has today. 

In 2023 By Priscilla Martin was seen on Insight SBS on national tv and was in Courier Mail's Top 10 Brisbane Best Lash Techs. 

2024 marks the 6-year anniversary of By Priscilla Martin & it wont stop here!
